- Our Art Department consists of fully qualified Graphic Artists.
- Artwork charges are based on the information you have provided us
or if no information has
been provided
the charges are based on 1 logo set up and typesetting expectation.
- The best Graphic files to send us are EPS files. Other file types that are ideal are AI and CDR files, or vector PDF's.
- Other acceptable files for images are: TIF, JPEG, BMP
- Please provide the highest resolution possible
- All artwork will be emailed to you (or faxed by request) for your approval before any manufacturing occurs.
We ask that you send approval back promptly so that there is no delay in completing your awards on time.
On your order there will be a notation showing the number of days required to produce
the work after signoff of artwork.

- The best engraving files to send are Word or Excel documents or in the body of an email.
- Even if you don’t have all the engraving information, such as winners’ names it is best to place the order early and let us
prepare stock, initial artwork and production management. Names can often be dropped in at the last moment.

- For orders over $10,000 a 50% deposit is required.
- - Final payment is due 30 days from invoice date.
Pro-forma invoices can be provided for deposits upon request

- Careful packaging is done to ensure your awards arrive to you in mint condition.
- We can deliver to you anywhere in Australia or throughout the world.
- Delivery charges are calculated on the volume, weight and delivery destination of your parcels.
- You can elect to pick up the orders from our premises or to arrange your own courier,
in which case there will be no packaging or delivery charges.
