Sublimation Printing produces rich full colour print onto specially prepared materials - Sublimation alloy, Stainless Steel, ceramics and plastics.

Suitable for indoor or out of direct sunlight positions. (Direct UV exposure fades the image)
Duraluxe Dye Sublimation is suitable for outdoor use
Rich colour replication
Can print any image including precise replication of photographic images

Sublimation Metals finishes available are:

Brushed Silver, Brushed Gold, Brushed Bronze, Mirror Silver, Mirror Gold, Satin Silver and White.
Also available in Stainless Steel
Duraluxe comes in white with 3 Base Finishes - Gloss, Matt, Textured

What is Sublimation?

Dye sublimation is the process of printing via a heat transfer print pressed into the substrate material which must contain a polyester surface coating. Incredibly the ink under high heat turns to liquid gas and with high-pressure compression of the heat press the liquefied ink id transferred into the polyester coat. Once the heat and pressure is removed the liquid gas solidifies precisely in the image form.
