We can replicate full colour photographs onto metal plate onto aluminium metal plate using precise dye sublimation method giving a rich full colour print that is heat pressed into the surface so it does not scratch off.

You just need to send us a high resolution image in as large a size as you have it. Do not reduce the size of the image or dpi resolution as this will lower the quality of reproduction. If the file is too large for you to send please zip and send it, send it via drop box or similar or send the file by post.

If you only have a printed copy of the file (no digital copy) please send the print to us. We will scan it and send it back to you.

Suitable for indoor or out of direct sunlight positions. (Direct UV exposure fades the image)

Duraluxe comes in white with 3 Base Finishes - Gloss, Matt, Textured

What is Sublimation?

Dye sublimation is the process of printing via a heat transfer print pressed into the substrate material which must contain a polyester surface coating. Incredibly the ink under high heat turns to liquid gas and with high-pressure compression of the heat press the liquefied ink id transferred into the polyester coat. Once the heat and pressure is removed the liquid gas solidifies precisely in the image form.
