Payment can be made by EFTPOS or direct deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. A merchant fee surcharge applies to credit card payments.

Freight & Delivery Policy
We Deliver Australia Wide (and the World)
Premier Awards proudly delivers across Australia and internationally. Whether your order is heading to a capital city, regional town, or overseas destination, we use trusted national and international freight partners to ensure your awards, plaques, and signage arrive safely and on time. Delivery charges vary based on your order's destination, weight, and size.
Fast Delivery
We pride ourselves on fast, reliable turnaround times. Most standard orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
Rush Orders
If you have a tight deadline, we’ll do everything possible to meet it. Rush production and express freight options are available on many products. Please let our team know your required date when placing your order so we can confirm feasibility and any associated priority charges.
Authority to Leave
If you won’t be available to receive your delivery, you may provide an Authority to Leave instruction. This authorises the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location at your nominated address.
If you have not provided Authority to Leave and the goods cannot be delivered, the freight company may apply re-shipping charges.
Please note: once delivered under Authority to Leave, Premier Awards cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods.
Freight Issues
All items are packaged carefully to prevent damage in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receipt (or expected delivery date). We’ll work directly with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In cases of damaged goods, photos of the packaging and product will help us expedite replacement or repair.
Artwork Approval
- We don’t send type proofs to general sports trophies and medals
- We do send Proofs for all other orders
Personalisation is based on one logo setup and typesetting expectations, unless otherwise specified.
- Multiple logos may increase charges.
- If you can't supply production-ready logos, a setup charge may be incurred to create the file.
You must reply to the artwork email to accept the artwork and confirm that we may proceed before we can commence production.
- Delaying approvals may extend the time required to complete your order
- We will make two free changes to your artwork after we have sent you the initial artwork. Further changes are charged at $22.00 per change.
Errors
When you supply incorrect engraving information and we engrave the item, Premier Awards cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the purchaser.
Replication Disclaimer
When replicating trophies, awards, certificates, or other products, we work from photos, scans, dimensions, or original items provided by the customer. We will recreate the item as closely as possible; however, an exact replica cannot be guaranteed.
Photo images may not accurately represent true colours, finishes, or fine details. Colour matching is performed to the best of our ability. Exact colour reproduction may vary due to material and production limitations. If a precise colour is required, please provide the PMS colour reference, and we will match it as closely as the materials allow.
For coloured crystal products, please note that we can only produce items using the colour tones available from our factory, which may differ from the original item.
For the most accurate result, it is always best to send us the item we are replicating whenever possible. Please note that even when an original item is supplied, a replica still cannot be guaranteed due to material, manufacturing, and production constraints. However, providing the original allows us to achieve the closest possible match.
Cancellations, Changes, Refunds
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Our team is here to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner. We do not accept any claims after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Changes to your order
If you make changes to your order in the form of quantity reduction, product change, or cancellation, charges may apply.
- Once the product has been procured for your order, we cannot accept returns. If you reduce the quantity, we will either send you the blank trophies or charge a 50% restocking fee.
- If any personalisation work has been done to the product, we cannot provide any refund.
Order Cancellations
Because each item is specially ordered and personalised, cancellations may incur fees depending on the stage of the order:
- No stock ordered or work started: A $22 admin fee applies.
- Standard stock procured, not yet personalised: A re-stocking fee (typically 50% of the item price) may apply.
- Custom stock procured: That portion is non-refundable.
- Work already completed: No refund is available.
- Freight and Card processing fees: These are non-refundable.
- Change of mind after delivery: As items are personalised, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
We’re here to help and will make things right as quickly as possible.
- If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and email it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- If something’s not quite right with your order, just let us know—we’ll take care of it promptly and responsibly.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues smoothly.
Working with Your Supplied Items
We treat every item you provide with the utmost care and attention. Our team takes all reasonable steps to ensure a great result. However:
- Some surfaces can react unpredictably to engraving or printing, even after testing.
- Variations, such as peeling or uneven finishes, may occur due to the material itself.
In these cases, where our process isn’t the cause of the issue, we’re unable to take responsibility or offer compensation.
We’ll always strive to achieve the highest possible quality for your item.
Returns and Refunds
As all trophies are made to order and customised, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, if the item is not to your liking, if there was an error in your selection, or if the customer provides incorrect spelling.
However, if your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, please don't hesitate to contact us within 14 days, including photos and details. We’ll happily repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
We’ll always do our best to resolve any issues in a fair and empathetic way.
Misc Terms
Colour Matching
We will colour match as closely as possible when required, but we cannot guarantee exact matching.
Website Product Accuracy
Sizes, volumes, and capacities are approximate, and we will not be held responsible if an item is slightly smaller or larger than stated. Each product may vary in size from one to another. This is unavoidable in most cases.
Small design and/or colour changes to products may occur due to manufacturer changes without prior notice. This is not within our control. All descriptions/information are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy, although every care is taken.
Prices
· Prices are based on the engraving/printing needs you have specified. Prices may vary depending on the information provided. If no specifications have been provided, prices are based on one logo and up to eight lines of text.
· Prices on quotes are guaranteed for 30 days from the date you received this quote.
