Custom Metal Badges

Our extensive custom made metal badges offer the right solution to any customer badge requirements. We use die struck metal stamping method in most cases to ensure the quality of your badge is as good as it can be. Custom made metal badges have initial die set up charges.

CMB-1 Enamel Metal Badges | The typical custom made badge

These are the most typical economical lapel badge. They are made using die struck metal stamping in most cases to ensure the best quality finished product. They are metal base with colour enamel in-fill to your specifications.

CMB-1 have enamel colour filled under clear protective coating whilst CMB-2 has no colour fill - just plated metal with the option of antique finish. Enamel badges have a raised metal image outline which is enamel filled.

Another example of a typical style of economical lapel badges. They are made using die struck metal stamping in most cases to ensure the best quality finished product.  They have no colour infill just metal plating in  a variety of finishes

CMB-3 Metal Print Badges | High quality digital printed metal badges

This style of badge is ideal for images where enamel in-full does not suite.  The photographic image Coke bottle is a good example of the kind of image replication suited to these metal printed badges. We use high quality full colour digit prints that are inserted into the metal base and clear coated.

CMB-4 Corporate Lapel Pins | For corporate identity

Corporate Lapel Badges are usually made using the CMNB-1 orCMB-2 style badge (enamel or metal finish).  We take great care to produce corporate style lapel pins to suit your identity requirement.

CMB-5 Bar & Pendant Sets | Quality made metal title bars with hanging pendants

We can make any style of Bar and Pendant Sets including replicating existing sets. These badges are typical made by using the CMB-1 or CMB-2 technique. Presentation cases are optionally available for all styles of custom badges.

CNB-6 Precious Metal Badges | Made from real gold and sterling silver

These prestigious badges are custom made from solid gold badges or solid sterling silver badges for when absolute prestige is required. Prices are based on current precious metal prices. The price for 1 badge including die cost could be around $500-$800 dollars.
