Stone Engraving Process

Our equipment consists of state-of-the-art sandblasting assets such as the CNC Automatic Sandblasting Machine, Pressure Pot Blasting Cabinets, Mobile dustless sandblaster, and process tools.  Combined with our experienced crafts people and the companies dedication to quality work and great customer experience we form a winning team to engrave any stone project at hand.

We use ProBlast Super Tack Vinyl for large pattern stencil production or ProBlast PhotoMask polymer stencils for very fine detail and half tone photographic images. Combined with our CNC Automatic sandblasting machine you get precision, consistent depth engraving every time.

 
 
What we need from you..
  • What type of stone is it
  • Tell us the size and thickness. (and weight if you know it)
  • Let us know the position and size of the area to be etched
  • Tell us how many pieces are required
  • Tell us the required by date
  • Send us an image of the product and the product name
  • Send us the image to be engraved
  • Please provide files in vectorized eps format if possible
