Aluminium Compliance Plate

Vehicle Compliance Plate in 0.5mm Aluminium. The production process uses sub-surface colour print to produce images. Plates can be made to your size requirement. This product has a standard brushed silver finish and can be created with a full-colour background.

Logos and branding can be added to your vehicle compliance plate.

If white is required, we recommend swapping to a white not silver base.

More Information

DuraSub is an excellent outdoor-rated metal that can produce high-quality sub-surface sublimation prints in full colour. Its durable exterior-grade matte silver anodised aluminium sublimation material is ideal for industrial labels and signage where vibrant colour and outdoor UV resistance are required.

DuraSub is available in two thickness

0.5mm - Comes with adhesive. Maximum size 500mm x 300mm
1.0mm - Adhesive Optional. Maximum Size 500mm x 400mm

Base Metal Options

Brushed Silver aluminium. It can be printed on any colour translucent background.
White base aluminium. It can be printed to match any colour closely.

Durability

U.V. Stable for 5-10 years, depending on the environment.
The material's surface has a protective polyester coating to enhance durability.
Sub-surface prints are resistant to abrasion, scratches and some chemicals.

Asset labels, Compliance Plates, Schematic Diagrams, Block Plans, QR Codes, Bar Codes, UID Marking, Outdoor Signage, Mine Environments, Trailer Plates, Vehicle Compliance Plates and any Outdoor or Indoor Signage.
