Casting Process

Each Custom Resin Award starts with a detailed master design, digitally modelled or hand-sculpted, from which a precision silicone mould is created to capture fine textures and shapes.

High-grade polyurethane resin is poured or pressure-cast for a smooth, bubble-free finish. Once cured, pieces are hand-finished with options such as metallic coatings, marbling, antique washes, or clear gloss seals.

Resin offers strength, lightness, and excellent detail — perfect for both sculptural and compact awards. Pigments and metal powders can be added to create stone, bronze, or concrete effects, giving each piece its own distinctive character.

Logistics

Resin awards require a master to produce the mould for casting. The master is either 3D-printed or hand-crafted, and setup costs apply for mould creation and initial preparation. Once approved, the mould can be reused for future orders, helping to reduce long-term costs.

Typical production time is 4–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and quantity, with express options available for smaller runs. Each piece is cast, finished, and quality-checked before careful packing to protect delicate surfaces during transit.
