  3. Exclusions – The guarantee does not apply to:
    1. Clearance, liquidation, or discontinued stock
    2. Auction sites, private sales, or overseas suppliers
    3. Quotes including promotional discounts, coupons, or bundled offers
  4. Timing – The Price Beat Guarantee must be claimed before your order is placed and confirmed.
  5. Verification – We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s quote and product details before applying the discount.
  6. Limitations – Offer applies to genuine commercial quotes only and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

At Premier Awards, the price you see is the price you pay — and it includes free engraving on one surface for all awards and trophies, based on our standard engraving service. What you see is what you pay.

Terms & Conditions

  1. What’s Included – Free engraving applies to one surface only (e.g., trophy plate, medal back, plaque front) and follows our standard engraving style and character limits.
  2. Excess Text – Additional charges may apply for large amounts of text exceeding our standard limits.
  3. Logos & Artwork – Logos or artwork not shown on the product sample may incur an additional setup and engraving fee.
  4. Multiple Surfaces – Engraving on additional surfaces will be charged at our standard rates.
  5. Exceptions – Some products may not include free engraving; this will be clearly stated on the product page.
  6. Customisation Requests – Special fonts, Foreign characters, intricate designs, or custom layouts outside our standard engraving service may be subject to extra charges.

Express Service

Faster Production Available

Most products list our standard production times, but we understand deadlines can be tight. In many cases, we can fast-track your order to meet your required date. Please note that rush orders may incur a surcharge.

Express Lane Service

If you need your order sooner than the stated production time, we may be able to prioritise it. A surcharge of $44.00 or 10% of the order value (whichever is greater) applies.

Whenever possible, we use plantation grown timber for our custom-manufactured timber products and ensure compliance with recognised environmental and green standards. In some cases, we also incorporate recycled materials into custom work where suitable. 

Our commitment to the environment - and the well-being of our people - drives us to make responsible choices that support both sustainability and health in our workplace and our supply chain.

Australian Made 

While it's not always possible to use only Australian-made products, we prioritise them whenever we can. Much of our production is done in-house, and when outsourcing is needed, we partner with specialist Australian manufacturers as our first preference. 

For items that can't be sourced locally at a reasonable cost, we work with trusted overseas suppliers to ensure quality and value. We’re also proud to support local Australian artists, particularly for unique pieces like hand-blown glass and custom-designed gift items. 

And yes, like all good Australian businesses, we contribute our fair share in taxes to the government of the day!

More Information

History

Premier Awards started trading in 1960 in Milperra, NSW, and was originally called The Trophy Factory. In 1989 the business changed hands and was re-named Premier Awards. The company grew to become a major awards and trophies producer Australia-wide and expanded into an expert industrial engravers and promotional products supplier. 

In 2019, we moved to a bigger, modern factory in Chipping Norton (right before the COVID year), where we expanded our capabilities with our new, large, modern facility. 

Today, we take pride in being a true trophy maker that accommodates any type of customer and product requirement.

Our Team

Many of our team members are very long-serving, passionate professionals who are the heartbeat of our business. With decades of experience, they mentor and guide new team members through our well-established, proven processes. While we’re often “flat out” with work, our vibrant culture ensures we enjoy the journey - sharing laughs, supporting each other, and taking pride in everything we do.
