Premier Awards, a leader in the trophy and engraving industry, is seeking a Trainee Sandblast Engraver to join our passionate, fast-paced team in Chipping Norton.

This is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and can thrive in fast-paced environments. No prior engraving experience is required; experts will provide training.

You'll be trained in sandblast engraving—a technique used to etch glass trophies, glassware, granite pavers, and mirrors. If you enjoy creating things and want to develop into a leadership role within a supportive and skilled team, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Learning and applying sandblast engraving techniques
• Creating high-quality engraved products from glass, granite, and other materials
• Contributing to the production workflow and team output
• Supporting process improvements and suggesting ways to enhance quality and efficiency.

Sandblast engraving is achieved by creating a photopolymer stencil, applying it to the product, and then sandblasting the item to engrave it. It is used on Glass Trophies, glassware, metal plaques and stone.
