Premier Awards, a leader in the trophy and engraving industry, is seeking a Crafts Person – Engraver to join our passionate, fast-paced team in Chipping Norton.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and possesses a solid background in manufacturing. While no specific engraving experience is required, some familiarity with continuous improvement practices is highly valued.

You'll be trained in sandblast engraving—a technique used to etch glass trophies, glassware, granite pavers, and mirrors. If you enjoy creating things and want to develop into a leadership role within a supportive and skilled team, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Learning and applying sandblast engraving techniques
• Creating high-quality engraved products from glass, granite, and other materials
• Contributing to production workflow and team output
• Supporting process improvements and suggesting ways to enhance quality and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• A hands-on, practical person with a passion for making and creating.
• Solid experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• An understanding of or involvement in continuous improvement practices.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• A reliable, team-oriented worker with a methodical and industrious approach.
