To ensure maximum visibility and elegance, etched designs are typically filled with paint. Silver and gold are our most popular options, especially on red and white wine bottles, but we can work with any colour to suit your vision. We can also engrave halftone photographic images for a truly unique touch.

Please note:

  • We do not supply or source bottles.
  • Pricing excludes the cost of the bottle.
  • Includes one colour-filled etched area up to 100mm x 80mm.
  • The listed price is a minimum charge only. Final pricing may vary depending on the design and the location of the engraving.
  • We do not remove existing labels from bottles.
  • Standard production time is five working days from artwork approval.

For accurate pricing, please send us your engraving requirements, and we will provide you with a quote.

What can be engraved?

We can engrave text, logos, images, and custom artwork on a wide range of items and materials. We can engrave anything.

Is this product ok for outdoor exposure?

Check the specifications on the page; it will tell you if it is suited for Outdoor exposure. (Anything is suitable for indoors.) If it is not marked for outdoors, then chances are that the material surface or the imprint method will be adversely affected by the outdoor environment within a year or two.  It may fade or corrode if it is not marked for outdoors.

Will the engraving wear off over time?

No. Our engraving is permanent. When paint-filled (where applicable), the colour may fade after many years of heavy use, but the etching itself will remain.

What kind of paint do you use when paint filling engraving?

We use a high-quality 2-pack epoxy paint (like car duco). It is applied with a professional spray booth and gun. No half measures with us. This ensures maximum life of the product.

What is the guaranteed life of painted or printed surfaces?

Good question, but hard to answer. In general, global suppliers do not rate products for more than seven years. However, in reality, most products will likely last far longer unless they are exposed to extreme conditions, such as direct sunlight on the coast with high sun and salt exposure.

What file format should I provide for logos or artwork?

We prefer vector files such as EPS, PDF, or AI with text converted to outlines. If you only have a JPG or PNG, we can often use it, but a setup or conversion fee may apply.

Is there a setup fee?

For custom logos or designs, a one-time setup fee may apply. For standard engraving (e.g. name and date), setup is included in the price.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes, in most cases we provide a digital artwork proof for your approval before we start engraving. Nothing is produced until you’ve confirmed the design.

How long does engraving take?

Engraving is usually completed within 5–7 business days from artwork approval. Some processes take a bit longer. Faster turnaround may be available – just ask!

Can I personalise each item with different names?

Absolutely. Many of our products can be individually personalised with unique names, titles, or achievements.

What if I need to reorder the same design later?

We keep records of past orders for quick reorders. Just tell us the previous order number or product, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can you match the engraving on an item you didn’t supply?

Yes. If we didn’t supply the original, send a photo and measurements of the existing engraving. We’ll match the font, size, and layout as closely as possible.

Can you engrave curved or awkward shapes like bells or glasses?

Yes. Our sandblast etching process allows us to engrave on conical and curved surfaces, including bells, glassware, and irregular shapes.

Do you offer colour engraving or printing?

Yes. We offer UV colour printing, sublimation printing and paint filling for full-colour logos or images on suitable products.

Can you match colours?

Yes, we can match your colour, particularly if you provide a PMS colour code. PMS matching costs may apply.
