Sandblast Etching

• Ideal for curved surfaces and fine detail
• Often paint-filled for contrast and readability

Laser Engraving
Used on: Acrylic, coated metals, anodised aluminium, Stainless Steel, Brass, timber
• Fast, precise marking for text and logos
• Ideal for acrylic trophies, timber plaques, and coated giftware
• Not ideal for glass (can be a dull finish with rough edges)

Rotary Engraving
Used on: Brass, Stainless Steel, aluminium, timber
• Uses a machine rotating cutting tool to carve into the surface
• Used for metal plaques and signs where a deep engraving is required.
• Can be filled with enamel paint for colour contrast

Diamond Drag Engraving
Used on: Brass, aluminium, stainless steel
• Uses a diamond-tipped stylus to scratch fine lines into metal
• Commonly used for very small text on engraving plates. It’s the traditional trophy engraving method.
• Clean, elegant finish without removing material depth

UV Colour Printing
Used on: Acrylic, glass, metal, timber
• High-resolution full-colour print cured with ultraviolet light
• Ideal for logos, vibrant designs, and small runs
• Prints directly onto the product surface
• Can be used for outdoor purposes when not in western-facing sun. Outdoor life – up to 3 years

Sublimation Printing
Used on: Special polyester-coated aluminium
• Transfers full-colour designs onto the surface using heat
• Rich colours and photo-quality results
• Commonly used for plaques and promotional items
• Best for indoor purposes

Vinyl Cutting
Used on: Window, acrylic and metal signs. Also, stickers and honour board lettering
• Self-adhesive vinyl lettering, cut with precision
• Available in many colours and can be full colour printed and then cut
• Suitable for outdoor use.

Cast Bronze Plaques
Used for: Outdoor signage, memorials, prestige wall plaques
• A mould is made, and molten bronze is poured in
• Permanent and weatherproof with raised letters and textured background
• Can include logos, borders, and mounting options

Acid Etching (Chemical Etching)
Used on: Stainless Steel and Linished Brass,
• Typical depth of engraving - 0.25mm
• Produces a clean, precise image or text
• Ideal for outdoor use and intricate logos on metal signage

MetalPhoto Anodised Aluminium
Used for: Industrial signage, asset tags, photo plaques
• Photosensitive anodised aluminium captures detailed full colour images
