Custom Bar and Badge Sets

Custom lapel badges typically range in height from 20mm to 30mm, depending on the design and level of detail. The typical thickness is approximately 1.5 mm.

We offer the following types of custom badges.:

• Hard enamel colourful badges 
• Metal finish (no colour)
• Corporate lapel pins

We can create just one custom badge, but the set-up costs will make a one-off badge rather expensive. When you order more than one, the set-up costs are amortised across the entire quantity, making the unit price much lower. It usually works out to the same price if you buy one of 10 badges.

Standard production time is 4 weeks, depending on workload, from design approval; however, we can usually accommodate any specific timeframe. 

Yes! We offer:

• Digital mock-ups with every order
• Pre-production samples, however, there is an extra cost involved and it will add considerable time to the job.
