Buying Coasters

A setup fee is normally charged for any type.  Promotional coasters do not come in presentation packing unless stated.

Sublimation Coasters

Our sublimated coasters come in metal or hardwood finish. The metal sublimated coasters come in and brushed silver, brushed gold or white base. The white base background can be left white or printed in any colour.  All metal sublimated coasters come with cork underlay. The hardwood coasters come with either cork or hardwood underlay. All of these coasters come in either square or round shape.

• Art Files: We can use full colour jpegs or any type of file for sublimation coasters. The image size should as big as or larger than the finished print size so as not to reduce quality by enlarging.
• Production time:  5 days from art proof sign off
• Minimum Qty: 1

Etched Metal Coasters

These premium quality polished metal coasters have a classy frosted background. The image is slightly raised of the frosted surface (by about 0.1mm). Available in silver and gold plating these quality photo etched coasters are durable and prestigious. They come with a felt underlay.

• Art Files: We prefer vector eps files but can work with any image
• Production time:  3 – 4 weeks from artwork sign off
• Minimum Qty: 100

Glass/Crystal Coasters

We offer 3 types of glass and crystal coasters. Etched Crystal, Printed crystal and insert glass.

Etched Crystal coasters are laser etch into the back of the crystal showing through the 8mm crystal. With high polished edges and rounded corners they make a classy gift or promotional item. They come with soft landing gel feet so they don’t get scratched.

Printed Crystal coasters are full colour digitally printed onto the back of the crystal showing through the 8mm crystal. With high polished edges and rounded corners they make a classy gift or promotional item.

Insert Glass Coasters come in a pack of 3 and have a centre insert of paper for your image. We print your image onto paper and insert it into the coaster.

Pewter Coasters

Our high quality Pewter Coasters make a prestigious corporate gift. They are made from die cast pewter and your image is impressed into the metal during the casting process. They are finished in a silver pewter finish and are around 3mm thick with felt underlay.

Rubber Coasters

Our cool rubber coasters are a great promotional item. The can be produced in any colour or shape and are hard wearing, feel nice and are produced in vibrant colour. Usually about 95mm square or 90mm diameter and about 4mm thick. A very strong and durable promotional coaster .
