At Premier Awards, we offer engraving solutions for powder-coated surfaces. We use a range of techniques such as Laser Engraving and Sandblast Etching, tailored to the material, coating, and panel size.

We work across all types of coated metals, including powder-coated stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium. Our techniques deliver fine detail engraving, with the capability to reproduce even photographic images. The depth achieved depends on the hardness of the powder coating, but in most cases, we achieve a clean, defined etch that remains permanent and durable.

Once the surface has been engraved, we apply 2-pack hard-wearing paints to fill the design, ensuring long-lasting colour that withstands environmental exposure. PMS colour matching is available, giving you total control over the finished appearance.
