Yes, we offer a range of finishes, including natural timber tones. You can also choose your colour or stain, and you can have your honour board made to match your existing boards. Non-standard colours and matching incur additional fees.

We use a Saturn finish to give the honour boards a prestigious yet non-reflective finish under normal conditions.

Yes, we can add full-colour logos or engraved crests as part of the design. Some options for this are:

1. Full-colour printed emblem badge on a 3mm raised platform. This is the standard style.
2. Full-colour printed emblem on raised metal background. The shape is either a round disc or a quadrilateral plate. Extra charges incurred.
3. Full-custom cast metal badge. You can supply your own or we can commission a casting for you. Keep in mind there is a few hundred dollars in a die set up charge if it does not already exist.

Basically:

• Each name needs about 20mm for the name and line space
• Each column is approximately 30 cm wide.

We typically use Arial as our standard font, as it is clean and clear, but we can use other fonts if you prefer. Some fonts, such as Serif style, may not be suitable or increase costs due to the fine lines that are slower to cut and apply.

We provide a visual layout proof for approval before commencing imprint production.

Yes, however, if we have commenced making your honour board, we can’t offer you a refund on that board as they are all made to order.

Honour board names are created with vinyl lettering these days. We use Gold, Black, or white vinyl lettering. If you require a colour other than these standard colours, such as blue or green, we can provide this, but it will incur additional charges. 

The traditional hand-painted gold leafing method can also be done, but it is costly and needs to be quoted by our gold leaf partner. Our Partner can update your board annually at your site if it is located in the Sydney Metro area.

Please send us the new name requirements, and we will provide you with the names ready to apply. We have a record of your layout, so we can prepare exact lettering. You can apply the lettering yourself, or we can arrange to come out and do it for you.

Standard production time is typically 4 weeks after design approval. Custom orders may vary depending on their complexity. If you need it sooner, please reach out, and we will see if we can accommodate your needs.
