Our LaserMax compliance plates provide a durable and cost-effective solution for clear equipment compliance. Manufactured from high-quality LaserMax engraving laminate, these plates feature a contrasting two-ply surface that produces sharp, legible markings when engraved. Ideal for regulatory, safety, and asset compliance applications, they can be customised with text, symbols, barcodes, or sequential numbering to meet your requirements.

Lightweight yet hard-wearing, LaserMax plates are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use where plastic engraving is permitted. They resist general wear, cleaning chemicals, and UV exposure, ensuring compliance details remain visible over time. Available in a range of colour finishes and thicknesses, LaserMax compliance plates are a cost-saving choice for electricians, manufacturers, and service providers who need reliable and professional labelling.

Every plate can be tailored to size and shape, and supplied with adhesive backing, screw holes, or other fixing options to suit your installation.

LaserMax is a premium dual-layer engraving material designed for precision laser work. It features superior heat resistance and UV-stable colour foils for outdoor use. Available in a wide range of vibrant colours, metallic finishes, and patterns, LaserMax engraves cleanly and quickly, producing sharp, high-contrast results every time.

What are common uses for LaserMax?

LaserMax is popular for title plates, domestic and office signage, door signs, building plaques, safety signs, control panel labels, electrical plates, Solar System labelling, industrial Labels and award plaques.

What is LaserMax?

LaserMax is a premium dual-layer engraver’s plastic designed for laser engraving. It features a thin, durable top surface layer and a contrasting core layer underneath. When engraved, the top layer is removed to reveal the colour beneath, creating sharp, high-contrast text, graphics, or logos.

Is LaserMax suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. LaserMax is UV-stable and weather-resistant, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. It is commonly used for nameplates, signage, control panels, and plaques.

What colours are available?

LaserMax comes in a wide range of colour combinations. The standard colours in the options section are the colours we keep in stock. There are many more colours available on request; however, these colours may incur a surcharge if we don't have them in stock due to sheet purchase conditions.

What sizes can you make?

We can cut LaserMax to virtually any custom size or shape up to 1mtr x 600mm.

How is the engraving done?

We use precision laser engraving to remove the top layer and reveal the contrasting colour underneath. This process produces clean, detailed results for text, logos, and intricate designs.

Can you add colour or graphics?

While LaserMax engraving itself is single-colour (core colour) and not generally added to, we can combine it with full-colour UV printing if multi-coloured graphics are required. The colour print addition is not suited to outdoor use.

How is it fixed in place?

LaserMax signs and plates can be supplied with high-bond adhesive backing.
