Prices generally decrease for orders of 5 or more and should be treated as indicative only; final pricing will depend on your specific design, size, and finish.

Production time depends on materials and processes. Each product page shows a guide to production time. As a quick guide for custom designed awards:

• Acrylic Awards: 2-3 weeks
• Crystal Awards: 4-5 weeks
• Cast Metal Awards: 6-8 weeks
• Profile Metal Awards: 4 weeks
• Cast Resin Awards: 4-6 weeks
• Timber Awards: 3-4 weeks.

Yes. We regularly handle rush orders and can fast-track production where possible. Contact us directly to confirm available timeframes. Tight time frames will limit choices, but let's make it happen!

That’s up to you, but as a guide, awards around 22cm-30cm high are typically purchased. This makes it sit nicely on a mantel piece or bookshelf.

Once we receive your brief or concept, our design team prepares visuals or proofs for approval. We can work from sketches, photos, or detailed design files — you’ll always see and approve the artwork before production begins.

Yes. Colour can be applied through print, resin tinting, paint-fill, or layered materials; we’ll closely match your brand or event colours.

Each award is carefully cleaned, wrapped, and packed to protect it in transit. Many include a quality presentation box or padded case.
